About us
Pryme Matters AU began life as Glass Wall Lab, a Microsoft Business Central and WIISE partner. Our aim was to do Business Central implementations and support differently. With the directors having a lifetime of experience in both accounting and software development, we focused on having meaningful conversations with our clients on accounting requirements, the core of any ERP.
How Pryme Matters Australia helps
Early in the short life of Glass Wall Lab, a potential client approached us looking for a Practice Management solution on a Microsoft platform. Through connections with software vendors to the Accounting industry, we were introduced into a Florida based firm who’d developed a Practice Management solutions based on Business Central and the Power Platform. Whilst there seemed an opportunity, this fizzled out. But the desire for a Microsoft based solution lingered both with us and our potential client.
We knew that with Microsoft’s Business Central global footprint, someone else must have had this great idea as well. It was just a matter of timing. Fast forward 2 years and finally we found Pryme Global and their Pryme Matters solution. A matter-based practice management solution built on Business Central.
The great thing was it was already a proven solution with firms like DLA Piper in Europe.
Staffan and Aske, the driving force behind Pryme Global were instantly keen to work with us to create Pryme Matters AU and bring a new way of doing Practice Management to the Australian Accounting and Legal industries. Glass Wall Lab (as we were at that time) then set out to complete an Australian version of Pryme Matters. Working in collaboration with Robin Allardice and his team from Bentleys Tasmania, we were quickly able to complete the key additions to make Pryme Matters suitable for Australian firms. Bentely’s Tasmania went live with Pryme Matters, complete with an integrated tax solution, GovReports.
